1. What Briefs Up Does

Briefs Up is an AI-powered creative brief assistant. It helps users analyze, improve, and rewrite creative or design briefs by identifying missing details, asking clarification questions, and generating a more polished brief.

Briefs Up is intended to support creative planning and communication. It does not replace professional judgment, client approval, or internal review processes.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you submit to Briefs Up and for how you use any output generated by the service.

You agree that:

• You have the right or permission to submit any content you provide.
• You will not submit confidential, sensitive, restricted, or legally protected information unless you are authorized to do so.
• You will review all AI-generated outputs before using, sending, publishing, or relying on them.
• You are responsible for confirming that any generated brief is accurate, complete, appropriate, and suitable for your intended use.

3. AI-Generated Outputs

Briefs Up uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, questions, suggestions, and rewritten briefs.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should treat all outputs as drafts or suggestions, not final approved materials.

Briefs Up does not guarantee that any generated output will be error-free, legally compliant, commercially suitable, culturally appropriate, or accepted by any client, designer, agency, or stakeholder.

4. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit to Briefs Up.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the generated outputs for your personal, internal business, or client-related work.

You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs do not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Briefs Up to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attack the service.
• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive content, or harmful instructions.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as reviewed or approved by Briefs Up.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Briefs Up at any time. We may also modify these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date or provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

7. Third-Party Services

Briefs Up may use third-party service providers, including AI model providers, hosting platforms, analytics providers, and infrastructure services.

Your use of Briefs Up may involve the processing of submitted content by these third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briefs Up and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or client relationship arising from your use of the service.

Briefs Up is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briefs Up and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your generated outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Briefs Up if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for Briefs Up, other users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
